Adjustments
Hud= +1 reaction;night vision; melee combat -1
Aim= +1 to hit/phase spent aiming; -1 reaction
Weapon Link = +1 to hit;-1 weapon recoil;+1 initiative(6 max)
Scope= -1 range catagory
Quick shot= Half weapon skill(round down)
Snipe Attack (1 phase aim+scope) gives 1d6 bonus damage
