Concerning the Flu Virus and Vaccines

The only times in my life that I have had the flu was during my enlistment in the United States Air Force, when I was required to be vaccinated. Every year I got the shot, and every year, I got the flu. Since then, I have not had one year that I contracted the flu.

Now, they tell us that we have to be vaccinated against H1N1! I am not. I refuse! I will defend my right to refuse to be vaccinated. I urge anyone to do their research before allowing anyone to instill PANIC and FEAR in you.

I do not understand

Why is it, now that the Democrats have control, they are spending money we don't have? When I mentioned this to a co-worker, he said, "Oh, you mean like the Republicans did with the war?"

So, spending money on abortions on demand is okay, but funding the war on terror is wrong? He may be right, that we didn't have the money allocated to fund the war. But how can that even be on the same playing field as the Liberal Health Care for Everyone plan, that is going to fully authorize any form of abortion, and stem cell research, and all manner of programs that are okay on their side of social norms?

So help me understand, if you can.

I am an SA - Assistant Scoutmaster

During the Webelos Crossover Ceremony at our June 5-7 campout, I made the transition from the Pack Cubmaster to the Troop Asst Scoutmaster. I was welcomed by Mr. Mark (Scoutmaster) and Mr. Woody (Chartered Org Rep). Ms. Adrianne moved up from Den Leader to Cubmaster for the Pack.
Best wishes to the Pack! Lookout Troop; here I come!
